Physical Activity ‘apps’
There are are lots of apps that measure physical activity. ‘Moves’ and ‘Breeze’ are two that both measure your physical activity but also provide either prompts to get you to move more to meet your daily physical activity targets or visual feedback so you can track your progress. This is similar to jawbone and fitbit, that also provide interesting data but these both require an external device that links to an app rather than being able to use a smartphone on its own to track your physical activity.
